A traditional smoked tea produced in the Fujian Province of China. It is grown at high altitude in Wuyi Mountains on very steep, rough terrain and in subtropical climate with wet/dry seasonality. The larger tea leaves are harvested and then dried over pine fires before processing as black tea.

Taste Profile: Smoked aroma, smoky flavour with smooth mouthfeel and distinct aftertaste.

How to Brew:  Freshly boiled water at 100 deg and steep for 3-5 minutes.
