The most well known green tea from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province of China often referred to as “Dragon Well” tea. This tea is grown in a mountain terrain and in a misty climate. The leaves are pan fried after picking to minimise oxidation and creates very flat, long leaves as shown.
Taste Profile: Rich, gem-green liquor, mellow flavour with sweet, grassy aftertaste. No bitterness.

How To Brew:
Brew with freshly drawn water boiled to approx. 80 deg or leave boiled water cool for a few minutes. Steep for 2-3 minutes
