The flavour of this high-grade white tea is often described as mellow, slightly flowery and even sweet with a gorgeous light golden colour. Originating from the Fujian province in China. The name, sometimes called ‘Bai Mu Dan’ derives from its resemblance to White Peony petals. This tea is carefully processed in a natural way, only through drying and withering in the sun.
How To Brew:
Brew with freshly drawn water boiled to approx. 80 deg or leave boiled water cool for a few minutes. Steep for 1-2 minutes
