Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world. Brazilian coffee is grown at lower elevations than most other South American and Central American countries. The Santos region (named after its port) is considered to be a consistently excellent producer of Brazilian coffee. The coffee beans are hand-picked and dry processed, which involves removing the beans from the cherries once dried. This method allows the sweetness of the fruit to carry through to the cup. This decaf will leave you astounded that is is a decaf and wanting so much more!
