Coffee machines for offices

Bean-to-cup machines for staff kitchens and reception areas: choose a drink and the machine does the rest. We supply, install and service them, and you can buy or lease.

What to tell us

  • How many people will use it, and when your busy breaks are
  • Whether you want fresh milk drinks or just coffee and hot water
  • Where it will sit, and where the water and power are

That’s enough for us to recommend a machine.

Choosing the right machine

Start with the people who will use it, not the machine. Multiply your headcount by the drinks each person has in a day, then look at your busiest break, because the queue at half ten is what people notice, not the daily total. For example, 40 people at three drinks each is about 120 a day, and if half of them arrive within the same fifteen minutes you need a machine that can keep up with that.

Fresh milk or powder

Fresh milk gives proper cappuccinos and lattes, but needs a milk fridge and a cleaning routine for the milk system. Powdered milk is simpler and needs no fridge, though the drinks taste different.

Plumbed or tank

A plumbed machine connects to your water supply, so nobody has to refill it. A tank machine can go anywhere with power, but someone has to keep the tank topped up.

Regular and decaf

Some machines have two bean hoppers, so you can offer regular and decaf. Tell us if that matters to your team.

The drinks menu

Many bean-to-cup machines make espresso, americano and hot water for tea, and can make hot chocolate. Tell us what people ask for and we’ll check the machine does it.

Bean-to-cup machines for offices

We supply Jura, Franke, Coffetek and Bestir. Jura’s WE and X ranges are designed for offices, and our engineers are trained by Jura to install and service them.

Buying, leasing and cover

Buy outright

Ask for a quote covering the machine, installation and anything else you need. See our installation service.

Lease

Fixed monthly payments instead of a large upfront cost, with ownership passing to you at the end for one further payment. In many cases installation and a service contract can be included. Finance is subject to credit approval by a third party. See leasing.

Service plan

Scheduled visits from our engineers, so the machine is looked after before it becomes a problem. See our service plans.

Cover while we repair

If your machine is out of action, we can supply a short-term rental machine while we repair or replace it. See rental machines.

Questions we’re asked

How many people can one machine serve?

It depends on how many drinks are made in your busiest break, not on the daily total. Give us your headcount and break times and we’ll match a machine to that.

Fresh milk or powdered milk?

Fresh milk gives you proper cappuccinos and lattes. It needs a milk fridge and regular cleaning of the milk system, and many machines can run part of that cleaning for you. Powdered milk needs no fridge and less upkeep, but the drinks taste different. We’ll help you pick for your team.

Does the machine need plumbing in?

Not always. A plumbed machine connects to your water supply and never needs refilling, which suits a busy office if a supply is nearby. A tank machine can go anywhere with power, but someone has to refill it. Water filtration protects either type from scale. See Aquaphor filters.

Can it make tea and hot chocolate?

Many bean-to-cup machines dispense hot water for tea and can make hot chocolate from powder. Tell us what your team drinks and we’ll check the machine does it.

Who cleans and looks after it?

Your team empties the grounds and drip tray, tops up the beans and runs the cleaning cycle the machine asks for. Descaling and wear parts are checked on service visits, and a service plan puts those in the diary for you.

What happens if it breaks down?

Call us. Our engineers repair the machines we supply, and we can offer a short-term rental machine while yours is repaired or replaced.

Can we lease a machine?

Yes. Leasing spreads the cost into fixed monthly payments, and in many cases installation and a service contract can be included. Finance is subject to credit approval by a third party. See leasing.

Bean-to-cup or a pod machine?

A bean-to-cup machine grinds fresh beans for every drink, so you buy beans rather than pods and can choose your coffee. Pod machines are simple to start with but usually suit smaller offices. If you’re not sure which fits, tell us how many people will use it.

Do you supply the coffee?

Yes. We sell specialty coffee beans and can deliver in bulk. Tell us how much your office gets through and we’ll suggest a blend. See our coffee.

Do you cover my area?

We’re based in Bridgend and work across South Wales and the M4 corridor, including Cardiff, Swansea, Newport and Bristol, and we cover London too. See where we work.

Tell us about your office

Tell us how many people will use the machine, when your busy breaks are and what they drink, and we’ll recommend a machine.
