Brazil Ipanema is a farming estate in the heart of Brazil’s coffee producing region of Minas Gerais. The Ipanema Estate spans 3 farms and has the perfect microclimate for protection against low temperatures. It is considered to be one of the largest coffee farms in the world. A Yellow Bourbon tree can reach 2.8 meters in height, and has early ripeness. It is thought to be a natural mutation of the Red Bourbon varietal.
